The best days and times to post on LinkedIn!

The best days and times to post on LinkedIn!

If you decided to share useful and interesting content on LinkedIn, you know you made the right choice. LinkedIn is an extremely powerful platform with a potential of reaching a vast number of individuals. But, even though this is one of the best social media networks, where you can share your posts at, you still need to know when to do so in order to receive maximum exposure for your posts. Although we are firm believers that any time you post on LinkedIn, you are likely to receive some traction from your LinkedIn audience, timing does count. In what manner does it count? Well, if you post your content when the time is just right (meaning at days and times that your audience is present on LinkedIn, most active and receptive), it is likely to have a higher exposure and receive more traction on your post. In other words, more people will see it, have a chance to properly appreciate it and engage with it. After all, this is why you are working so hard on your posts, right?

So let’s get right to the point, which could be the best days and times to make a post and receive maximum exposure to it on LinkedIn?

Well, according to evidence and data pulled together by Hubspot (see LinkedIn Marketing Solutions EMEA Blog’s Article: “What’s the best time to post on LinkedIn?“), the best days to post content on LinkedIn are between Tuesday and Thursday, either early in the morning (7:30-8:30 a.m.), lunchtime (12:00 p.m.) or early evening (5:00 – 6:00 p.m.), with an additional, bonus sweet spot between 10am and 11am on Tuesday.

Please do have in mind however, that it could be a good idea to test yourself different posting days & times in order to identify which one works best for you and your audience, as it all depends on when your own specific audience is present, most active, receptive and ready to engage with your posts, on the LinkedIn platform.
